Our market leading tech client are looking for an Java Application Developer to join an exciting innovative project in Strasbourg. They are looking for someone with Java experience that is flexible with shift patterns and is looking to join their team in Strasbourg who are taking on a monumental project that will have global impacts.
Responsibilities:
The Java Application Developer takes full end-to-end responsibility for delivering application support to customers, ensuring incidents are addressed with permanent or sustainable solutions, or by implementing effective workarounds. They may create problem reports or change requests and link them to the corresponding incidents, while describing potential solutions and confirming their effectiveness in restoring service operations. Additionally, they provide specific input for incident reviews conducted by the customer and contribute to continuous Knowledge Management (KM) updates related to incidents.
Requirements:
- Java and JVM
- EU citizen
- English Speaking
- Working Knowledge of ITIL framework
