You will be in charge of:
- Leading and managing ship repair projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
We expect You have:
- Have a higher technical education (advantage - specialization in shipbuilding or ship repair).
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in project management, preferably within the ship repair or maritime industry.
- Know ship repair processes, standards, and regulations.
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Have proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Have ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites.
- Have a category B driver's license.

Salary
From 4000 €/mon. net
Specific salary is offered considering the work experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
