Your future responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing ship repair projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage the project budget: plan, monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure the project is delivered profitably.
  • Ensure efficient resource planning and allocation, optimizing costs and time.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation, cost estimation, and negotiations with clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution and effective communication.
  • Monitor project progress, results, and risks, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements.
  • Initiate process improvement ideas and apply insights for future enhancements.


We expect that you:


  • Hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (an advantage).
  • Possess a higher education degree.
  • Have experience in managing engineering, construction, or other technical projects (e.g. ship repair, construction, or manufacturing projects).
  • Have a solid understanding of project execution processes, technical standards, and applicable regulations (experience in ship repair or the construction sector is considered an advantage).
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate fluently in English (Russian is an advantage).
  • Hold a category B driver’s license.
