Project Manager

Job Location: Germany wide. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout Germany

Salary: Up to 130,000 EUR

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, with a particular focus on data center operations and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing complex projects within the data center sector, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications/Certifications/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering related discipline (Architecture; Civil; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Project Management Professional (preferred).
• Proven experience managing projects in data centers or related infrastructure sectors.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with data center infrastructure and operational planning.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning expertise.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for data center-focused projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions, particularly in data center operations.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to meet goals.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and ensure all deliverables align with organizational expectations.
