Business Intelligence Analyst

BI Analyst – Brussels – Freelance – Hybrid - 12 Months

g2 is partnering with a well-established Energy Client focused on enhancing their business sustainability. They are looking for a skilled BI Analyst to join their team on a long-term freelance basis. The client is transitioning to a Microsoft environment and requires an expert in Power-BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between business and IT, translating data requirements and flows into clear, actionable specifications.
• Design dimensional models and convert them into datasets.
• Leverage your Power-BI expertise to create and maintain universes.
• Develop and manage dashboards within the designated environment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide insights.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all business intelligence solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Power-BI & Tableau.
• Fluent in English, with additional fluency in Dutch or French.
• Ability to work hybrid in Brussels (1-2 days onsite per week).
• Strong experience in data visualization and reporting.
• Background in the energy or sustainability sector is a plus.
