Position Overview

Your technical expertise will be critical in resolving challenges, optimizing network performance, and delivering top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Troubleshooting: Efficiently diagnose and resolve network issues to minimize downtime for clients.
• Network Monitoring: Continuously oversee network performance and security, addressing vulnerabilities proactively.
• Client Support: Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for network-related queries and concerns.
• Configuration & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Network Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network reliability and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in network support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and topologies.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• CCNA certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
