The primary responsibility of the project manager is to work closely with EHS&S customers to successfully maintain and/or deploy Corporate Sustainability products and service offerings. This position leads, coordinates and monitors projects from initiation through to delivery by providing product and service offering expertise, customer management and project management.
- To own and manage the successful outcomes of the assigned projects.
- To be the key focal point in the engagement with clients.
- Accountability for the implementation and the successful completion of the entire project Responsible for the continued achievement of the strategic and tactical objectives associated with any assigned project implementations.
- Identification of key stakeholders and influences within engagements, working to establish strong relationships and potential for upsell/expansion
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting Business Development within client assignments.
- Contribute to the definition of the implementation delivery model and project execution methodology in support of Company strategy.
Key Tasks:
- Successfully manage and deliver assigned projects.
- Contribution to the current project implementation methodologies and continuous improvement of services and engagement models.
- Participate in and contribute to activities relating to the professional management and engagement of all external commercial work.
Project/Engagement Execution:
- Leading the planning and implementation of projects.
- Defining a project’s scope and goals.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines.
- Resource planning and allocation.
- Quality assurance.
- Carrying out risk assessment.
- Meeting budgetary objectives.
- Reporting regularly to senior management.
- Managing client relationships.
- Tracking project performance.
- Project evaluations and results measurement.

- Perform any other responsibilities effectively and diligently, that the manager may consider being within the job holders range of capabilities.
- To uphold and promote the company’s beliefs and values, applying them to all aspects of business.
Education Qualification:
- Degree qualified (or sufficient professional experience).
Other Desired Experience:
- Commercial exposure & demonstrable understanding of this.
- Resource management.
- Proven delivery track record of complex solutions working with challenging demands and client scenarios
