Product Line Expert (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full- or part-time) Join our team at one of our locations in Germany – flexible working conditions available

Your Responsibilities

  • You monitor the overall P&L and overall success of the product line 3DC
  • You help to establish, monitor, and evolve a KPI framework designed to track KPIs that directly and indirectly drive profit and loss
  • You actively contribute to the definition and support of strategic initiatives to guide the work of our product development teams
  • You develop and drive countermeasures when targets are not met
  • You ensure timely delivery of incoming tenders by involving and coordinating the right contributors
  • You understand the market and competition for debt collection in all relevant countries and ensure that our insights are made available to our product development teams
  • You use market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • You create industry-specific product documentation to help sales and KAM better understand and sell our products
  • You drive product positioning, pricing and marketing & support the launch of new products


Your profile

  • You have a general understanding of the collection industry and relevant players in different countries
  • In the past you have already demonstrated the ability to develop solutions for hard problems, taking into account the relevant business constraints
  • Your way of working is structured and pragmatic
  • Your strong sense of ownership and motivation drive profitable growth and innovation
  • With your excellent skills in analyzing and leveraging data you make sure that decisions a made in a structured manner
  • You are familiar with financial reporting and the associated issues
  • With strong communication skills in English and German you manage your stakeholders
