Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for clients, especially in deep tech (AI, cybersecurity, IoT). You’ll manage up to four client projects, developing and driving campaigns across channels to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement B2B marketing strategies for deep tech clients, translating insights into actionable campaigns.
• Campaign Execution: Manage multi-channel campaigns (Content, SEO/SEM, Email, Social Media, PR).
• Performance Management: Track and optimize campaign performance with data-driven adjustments.
• Client Communication: Lead discussions, provide updates, and ensure alignment on strategies.
• Team Coordination: Oversee project delivery, mentor team members, and foster collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends, adapt to new tools, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years in deep tech
• Expertise in Inbound Marketing, Demand Generation & ABM
• Proficient in analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CRM/ABM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
