They are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all design aspects of their projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Your new Role

• Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
• Review and approve design plans, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Mentor and train and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extremely talented in the design and management of architectural projects, have exceptional levels of design ability and be able to sketch ideas to a high level, enthusiastic about cutting edge design and have a “design lead” approach when making decisions.
• Proven experience as a Design Manager or in a similar role.
• RIAI Registered or RIBA.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
