NJ Production is a leading event agency dedicated to creating powerful event experiences around the world. We are looking for a Technical project & Digital Communication Specialist to join our team.

In this role you’ll be responsible for planning, managing and executing all event communication related activities. You will work closely with different teams to create compelling communication that drive engagement and brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with a world-class team to produce powerful global events.
• Develop and implement event communication plans, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Write and proofread event-related content including website, registration, and invitation content.
• Set up and manage online communication tools, registration systems, email campaigns, websites, event apps, and engagement tools.
• Manage hotel and travel, participant data, and rooming lists.
• Cooperate and communicate efficiently with our project team, suppliers, and customers.
• Stay up-to-date and analyse the latest digital communication tools in the field

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with similar tasks or positions.
• Strong understanding of communication tools and campaigns, system logic, and data analysing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert-level skills in Excel.
• Experience in leading web design projects and content management systems. Experience with WordPress or similar platforms is a significant plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for details, believing that perfection lies in the details.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Whereas you’re a team player at heart, working independently is your strong suit.
• Willingness and ability to travel for event management.
