Role overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Growth Strategy & Analytics Business Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing performance, and providing strategic recommendations that impact our marketing and business operations. You will leverage data, market trends, and business insights to support decision-making and align initiatives with our Growth Marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
• Track and analyze key business and marketing metrics to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and business case development for strategic initiatives.
• Develop compelling presentations and strategic decks to synthesize data-driven insights and support decision-making at the leadership level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical insights with company-wide objectives.
• Monitor and report progress against OKRs and business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to generate insights from data to support decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a startup, consulting, or high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and key marketing metrics.
• Basic experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
