Senior Software Engineer

Senior Node/React Developer | Hyper Growth Startup | $140,000 + Super

We are working closely with a fast-growing Startup who are revolutionizing the housing industry,

They have just received $15 million in funding, and are using that to dominate the market with their unique platform!

They are looking for a Senior Software Developer who understands the nature of working with Startups, as their project demands are coming thick and fast.

A roadmap is in place to allow them to scale up through the industry and take over!

Tech Stack:

• Node/React
• DBs - RDBMS, NoSQL (Postgre/DynamoDB ideal)
• Microservices
• REST API
• CMS
• Go
• Unit Testing on TDD

Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise-level web and mobile applications for B2B/B2C product lines within cross-functional scrum teams.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs for internet access and GRPC APIs for internal microservices or third-party integrations.
• Take ownership of end-to-end product delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Continuously improve the codebase and architecture to adhere to standards while building.
• Collaborate with team members (Tech Lead, Product Manager/Designer) to align on strategic goals and enhance deliverables for current and future business needs.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to geographically diverse, multi-functional teams.
• Work closely with Tech Lead and Product Manager to review user stories, write code, test, implement, and engage in code reviews.
• Provide support for system operations as needed, including investigating production issues.

Salary:

They offer an excellent salary of $140,000 + Super + Bonus.

Hybrid - Sydney
