Senior IT Programme Manager

To lead for Finance Transformation in IT Programmes

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and drive finance transformation across a diverse range of programmes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in IT project/programme management, with a focus on delivering complex finance-related changes, and will work closely with senior stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Lead finance-related changes across multiple programmes, ensuring seamless integration of finance function requirements.
• Experience with Product-led IT operating models, enabling agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Strong Project/Programme Management skills across both waterfall and agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Portfolio Management experience (preferable but not mandatory).
• Retail industry experience, ideally in GM and clothing.
• Finance function knowledge, ensuring a deep understanding of financial processes, tools, and requirements.
• ERP experience (preferably Microsoft AX, but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with other relevant systems (nice-to-have, not mandatory): Coupa, MRI Horizon, SAP Concur, AICO, OCR tools.
• Integration development experience to support system and process harmonization.
• Polish national or Polish speaker with fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ideally located in Poznan with the ability to commute to the office multiple times a week; remote flexibility may be available.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both business and IT teams.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and drive transformation, engaging teams and stakeholders through change management.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethic and determination to deliver measurable results.
