Project Manager - Information Security

A leading organization and a great client of ours in the retail space is seeking an Information Security Project Manager to support a multi-stream security improvement programme. The role will oversee the delivery of key cybersecurity projects, working closely with internal teams and security SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of the following key workstreams:

1. Vulnerability Management & System Hardening

• Implement scanning and remediation processes.
• Oversee secure configuration standards and patch management.
• Coordinate penetration testing and secure build enforcement.

2. Network Security Enhancements

• Deliver network segmentation and access control initiatives.
• Manage implementation of SIEM, EDR, NAC, and IPS technologies.
• Enhance threat detection and improve SOC visibility.

3. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Information Classification

• Roll out DLP tooling and policy frameworks.
• Support data classification and handling rules.
• Drive staff awareness and incident response improvements.

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex InfoSec projects.
• Familiarity with modern security tools and practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and multi-project coordination skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
