Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage blockchain technology for provenance tracking and sustainability verification.
• Develop and maintain smart contracts to automate and secure transactions.
• Ensure seamless integration of blockchain solutions into the existing platform infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align blockchain initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies and evaluate their potential application within the company.
• Optimize blockchain systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues.
• Document blockchain processes, architecture, and smart contracts for future reference.

Requirements:

• Minimum MBA in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics from an elite university such as MIT, Stanford, ETH, or Berkeley, California.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Blockchain Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Blockchain Expert or similar role within a technology-driven company.
• Proven experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solidity, and smart contracts.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems related to blockchain implementation and integration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles.
• Familiarity with decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain development frameworks is a plus.
