We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join a leading Managed Service Provider delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to clients across Australia. This is a remote position with a global reach, working with industry-leading technologies such as Palo Alto, Microsoft, AWS, CrowdStrike, F5, Splunk, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cyber Incident Response: Proactively manage and respond to cybersecurity incidents, minimizing impact and restoring normal operations.
• Security Operations Center (SOC): Monitor and defend against cyber threats, leveraging a range of security tools and protocols.
• Firewalls: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewall systems to ensure secure network perimeters.
• Endpoint Security: Oversee the security of endpoints across the organization, ensuring protection against malware, ransomware, and other threats.
• Detection & Response: Implement and manage detection tools to identify and mitigate threats in real-time.
• Vulnerability Management: Assess and prioritize vulnerabilities, ensuring timely patching and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a Cyber Security Analyst role or similar.
• Strong knowledge in Cyber Incident Response, SOC, Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Detection & Response, and Vulnerability Management.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and other cybersecurity technologies.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
