Are you ready to discover the role of a Events Project Manager at Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a Events Project Manager, You Will

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion.
• Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, and venue selection.
• Oversee event timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to align event objectives.
• Ensure smooth on-site execution and problem-solving during events.
• Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports.
• Support the communication team in website overhauls and content structuring.
• Ensure consistency in website navigation and structure.
• Collaborate with experts on editorial matters.
  
  

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in event project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in SharePoint, InfoPath, jQuery, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of XHTML/XML, graphical design, and video management.
• Skilled in content structuring, storage, and presentation.
• Fluent English; passive French skills preferred.
• Experience in EU institutions is a plus.
  
  

It will be considered a strong advantage if you have:

• Experience with CWCM, Drupal, wikis, and collaborative sites.
• Ability to coordinate large-scale conferences and stakeholder engagement.
