Information Technology Project Manager

Our client present within the healthcare industry of Luxembourg is looking for an IT Project Manager / Leader to help the organization achieve their IT goals by planning and executing projects, coordinate a team, maintain quality and compliance, engage proactively with stakeholders and be aware with technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee IT projects, including application development, infrastructure improvements, and digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (management, business units) and external partners (service providers, vendors), ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Develop project timelines, track progress, and adjust priorities as needed to address constraints and evolving requirements.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative and effective solutions.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management; familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, Agile frameworks, and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong command of English and French (both written and spoken) to facilitate communication with internal and external international stakeholders.
