Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager with at least one year’s experience working with a residential construction company to join our growing team based in Clondalkin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to progress quickly in their career while gaining hands-on experience working alongside a top-tier property developer on high-quality residential projects.

The successful candidate will support senior project management staff in the delivery of residential developments from early stages through to completion. This role offers strong exposure to all aspects of the construction process and is ideal for someone eager to learn, take responsibility, and develop into a senior role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of residential construction projects
• Support site teams to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained on site
• Help manage project documentation and schedules
• Attend site meetings and assist with project reporting
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience working with a residential construction or development company
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
• Keen interest in progressing within the construction / development sector
• Full driving licence preferred
