Project-manager (Migrations/Personalization)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Project Manager for a 12 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

The first is the migration and redesign of the Datamart for 1:1 Analytics, DM_CAN.

DM_CAN serves as our 360 degrees customer view by collecting all relevant data about customers, the products they possess and how they use their products. This is part of our datalake and we are currently in the process of re- designing and positioning this in our marketing technology stack.

The second is a project to bring the personalization level of the contact that the company has with the customers to a higher level. Within the company, we make use of wide array of solutions which collectively are responsible for serving personalized communications (in the widest form) to our customers and prospects. The personalization landscape is in need of a refresh, and we intend to simplify the landscape while at the same time improving our efficiency.

Experience:

•10+ years experience in IT - Project management

•Excellent communication skills and ability to create a network to get the right support for the program.

•Excellent problem-solving skills; an itch and self-motivation for solving technical and functional challenges.

•Knowledge and experience in personalization

•Experience with SAS, bynder, OneCMS or similar

•Fluent English speaking and writing capabilities.

•Able to embed the delivered changes in the organization (way of working, skills, monitoring/reporting)

•Anticipating new insights and adjusting the activities needed to be both successful in the short and long term.

•Provide both summarized and detailed insights in the progress and impediments for different stakeholders (senior mgt to detailed steering)
