Visual Designer

One of our Federal government clients is seeking to engage Communications and Visual Design Specialist - EL1.

Role: Communications and Visual Design Specialist - EL1

Location of work: Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane (Hybrid)

Length of contract: 12 Months

Contract extensions: Possible extension

Security Clearance: Australian Citizen with Baseline security clearance.

Overview:

Mandatory Criteria:

• Minimum of 5 years Visual design experience &/or communications/marketing.

Weighted Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in traditional and emerging communication practices and communication strategy, marketing practices and marketing strategy.

• Demonstrated experience in visual design, with a proven track record within business strategy or architecture.

• Demonstrated experience with organisational storytelling for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software.

• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex architectural concepts visually and strategically.

• Uncompromising attention to detail and creativity.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and in highperforming teams and manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.

• Academic qualifications in related fields, such as Communications and Marketing, Visual Design, Architecture is desirable.
