About the opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to work in partnership with one of our clients. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for all aspects of project planning and execution, from developing project plans to managing risks and communicating with stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project planning and execution for 2-3 projects concurrently.
• Develop detailed technical project plans from scratch, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proactively identify and assess potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Clearly communicate project deadlines, progress updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Confidently push back on senior leadership when necessary to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative environment for effective problem-solving.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, product, sales, and legal.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team and across departments.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Miro, and Excel to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project status.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, ideally in a technology or software development environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10-12 members, with a demonstrated ability to navigate diverse perspectives and priorities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with a preference for Scrum certification.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Miro, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
