Project Manager

The CTO I&A team in CSO is responsible for CTB and RTB engineering of Identity & Access technology. We plan to establish a new capability on Role Management and therefore seek an interim manager that supports to project manage the initial technology ramp-up and the transition of the organization into the new setup.

For the above we are looking for an interim external manager from starting as soon as possible.

• Project manage the external and internal delivery teams to build a role mining capability using SaaS technology and connect to existing I&A landscape running hybrid-cloud
• Bring together required domains to establish architectural concepts on network security, cryptography, etc. to embed the technology into the wider eco-system
• Design the target organization of the role management capability, define job specifications and support the respective hiring process
• Support the technology and organizational transition of existing applications and teams into new setup
• Support CTO I&A leadership in day-to-day management tasks related to the above

Essential:

• Strong project manager with experience in large-scale complex organizations
• Experience with managing vendor partners and matrix organization
• Knowledge in organizational setup and transformation processes
• Familiar with I&A technology and related processes
• Knowledge of basic AI/ML concepts to be applied in role management
