Job Requirements

Risk and Controls Background o Strong understanding of Security Controls in particular, how these are applied in the context of EU Regulations.

Ability to translate difficult IT concepts into business-friendly language;

Experience with Technology risks and controls.

Technical background o Broad knowledge of Cybersecurity – concepts, requirements, operations.

Understanding of metrics and measures in managing risks and controls (KCIs, KRIs, KPIs);

Technical writing skills and highly proficient use of written English is required to ensure quality output to articulate Control, Policies, Procedure and Standards gaps and requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to produce clear and concise reports and control documentation for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders.

Proven track record on delivering activities on time and to a high standard.

Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and focus.

Flexible approach to shifting or competing priorities.

Good level of technical knowledge, with ability to pick up and understand new concepts.

Process orientated, outstanding organizational skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, possessing a high sense of personal integrity and strong work ethic.

Positive and professional attitude, team player, flexible and adaptable, open to change(s).

Confident and takes responsibility and ownership for work and personal development.

Strong technical problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
