Assistant Business Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly reconcile data to identify discrepancies between systems.
• Maintain up-to-date data in dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Monitor data quality and assist in improving its accuracy.
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data to ensure precision.
• Create basic reports and visualizations in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses upon request.
• Perform tasks within the department as requested by the manager
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and clarify requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic data handling skills (collection, cleaning, processing).
• Experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and basic knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to identify key trends and anomalies in data.
• Attention to detail and ability to present information through reports and charts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of data analytics.
