Responsibilities:

• Manage cost planning, resource planning, and scope definition.
• Report on project status.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies with other initiatives.
• Oversee team and activity planning.
• Address technical issues and manage necessary developments.
• Handle communication and change management.
• Manage stakeholders and their expectations.
• Define a roadmap to enhance quality, maturity, and content in the repository.
• Collaborate with a business analyst to define requirements and implement within the available budget.
• Ensure consistent and integrated documentation.
• Convert issue lists and needs inventories into a backlog for product mode transition.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect and Prolaborate.
• Experience as a project manager in rolling out IT solutions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Experience in Energy or Engineering industry
