About the job:
Design, develop and improve RTA's HR policies and procedures and ensure implementation in accordance with the Dubai Government Human Resources Law, Dubai Government Excellence Programs, and international standards.
Responsibilities:
Awards Standards Implementation
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of award standards related to the Human Resources and Development Department.
- Verify compliance with all required criteria.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
- Evaluate the results of questionnaires related to the Human Resources and Development Department and prepare corrective action reports as needed.
Strategic and Development Initiatives
- Develop, manage, and implement the corporation’s cultural framework in alignment with the Authority’s overall strategy.
- Monitor the implementation of strategic projects and development initiatives related to the Human Resources Development Department.
HR Strategy Alignment
- Develop, review, and oversee the implementation of the Human Resources and Development strategy in alignment with the Authority’s goals.
- Define objectives and directions for HR strategies.
Performance Indicators
- Develop, review, and track strategic, shared, and operational indicators.
HR Systems and Policies
- Design and implement a comprehensive Human Resources and Development system, including policies, processes, procedures, and forms based on best practices.
- Continuously improve HR services, processes, and procedures.
Audits and Compliance
- Monitor departmental performance indicators through the corporation’s performance system.
- Collaborate with the Quality Audit and Internal Audit Departments, preparing related reports as required.
DGEP and Emiratisation
- Follow up on the implementation of the criteria for the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) related to the sub-criteria of human capital and emiratisation .
- Ensure that all required DGEP criteria are met.
Knowledge and Experience:
Education
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from an accredited university with 9 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields with 11 years of experience.
Knowledge
In-depth understanding of:
- Dubai Government Human Resources Law and regulations.
- Performance excellence frameworks, such as Dubai Government Excellence Programs.
