Technical Lead - Front End

I am seeking a Front-End Tech Lead to join a fast-growing SaaS agency, leading a team of 7 developers, 3 QA engineers, and 3 designers.

In this role, you’ll guide the development of custom SaaS solutions, utilizing Svelte (experience with React is a plus), and working on enterprise-level integrations to optimize user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team to design and build custom SaaS solutions.
• Drive technical decisions and ensure high-quality code across the team.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to meet client-specific needs.
• Manage team performance and conduct regular code reviews.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Front-end development expertise, with a focus on Svelte (React experience is transferable).
• Experience leading teams and managing agile workflows.
• Solid understanding of front-end build tools (e.g., Git).
• Front End Architecture and Design Systems.
• Experience with enterprise-level SaaS integrations and large-scale applications.

The ideal candidate will be based in Melbourne, but remote candidates will still be considered.
