Our client is an established company in the energy industry, seeking a Senior HR Executive to join their team in Singapore.


Position Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, benefits and welfare administration, training and development, performance appraisal, and workplace administration for offices in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to senior management, this role presents an exciting opportunity to drive key HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, work pass management (EP, SP, DP), payroll, and expatriate management. It is a hands-on position offering comprehensive, 360-degree HR experience. Additionally, the role involves performance management responsibilities, including leading salary benchmarking and developing a total rewards strategy to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration.


Requirements

You are degree-qualified with at least 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations. You are hands-on, willing to take on operational and administrative tasks, and possess excellent people and communication skills. You are professional, mature, and possess strong emotional intelligence (EQ) while working with multiple stakeholders.
