Job Title: Junior Scrum Master with .NET Background

Location: Brussels

Hybrid: Yes (3 days/week onsite)

Type of Contract: Permanent Contract

Mandatory Languages: Fluent in English AND French OR Dutch (C1 minimum)

Eligibility: Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium

We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master with a technical background in .NET to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in software development and is eager to grow into a Scrum Master role. You will be responsible for orchestrating the work of a development team, ensuring smooth Agile processes, and fostering collaboration between developers, product owners, and project managers.

This role requires a mix of technical expertise and Agile mindset, allowing you to effectively coordinate teams handling RUN (incident management), functional developments, and project-based work.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Max of 3 years experience as scrum master
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Recent experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio), with the most recent use of the technology being before the end of last year
• Recent experience with "There is" and in a advanced level, with the most recent use of the technology being before the end of last year
• Experience with MS SQL Server
• Exposure to JSON/XML and Ansible
• Hands-on knowledge of Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent in English AND French OR Dutch (C1 minimum)
• Prior experience in coordinating development teams is a plus.

• Exposure to team coordination in a dual role (Developer & Scrum Master/Team Coordinator).
• Experience in managing RUN, functional developments, and project work simultaneously.
