WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are looking for an experienced product manager, who will help ensure that we are delivering the product that our clients want. Our team of products managers maintain a close relationship with our users, our engineers and our stakeholders. They also guide our products throughout all stages of the their lifecycle, including research, pitching, scoping, delivering, promoting, and tailoring solutions to our users.

You will be an experienced and seasoned product manager, working cross-functionally to guide products from conception through launch, growth and maturity by connecting the technical and business worlds to meet our customers at their needs. You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and release adopting the principals of growth from MVP.

The CF&O divisions have a large footprint of software applications to ensure the firm complies with the controls set forth in its policies and risk appetite, meet its regulatory obligations, and to protect the firm’s reputation. To meet the demand of the business, drive by the size and complexity of the entire firm, the candidate will have the mandate to continuously increase the level of automation and to modernize and consolidate our software stacks. In addition, data is at the center of what we do. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experiences in and a passion for solving critical problems related to data quality, warehousing, and analytics.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL (RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Work closely with teams across the organization to define a go-forward vision for our products
• Partner with engineers and users to define, track and deliver on Objectives and Key Results
• Help define and drive user adoption strategy
• Lead the delivery of our products user testing and rollout across divisions
• Proactively identify ideas to improve products and processes based on user feedback to increase engagement
• Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Working to demanding timescales in a fast paced, dynamic team working environment.
