Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with customers to build new business for the company.

Responsibilities

• Personal will be responsible to sell Insurance for health, motor, property, travel and engineering
• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Collaborating with management to reaching sales goals and targets.
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner to enhance value-added services to the customers.
• Ability to lead and manage all aspects of sales, operations, and customers’ service.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Handling and resolving complaints and responding to customers’ objections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is must and MBA is preffered
• 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Excellent Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Responsive to quick decisions under stressful environment.
• Result-oriented and sales target achiever.
• 1-2 years of team handling experience is required
