Job Specification: Data Analyst

Contract: 6-month initial contract

Location: Dublin (Financial Services Client)

Work Arrangement: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the reporting team to design and create standardised reports.
• Develop and maintain robust data definitions to support data lineage initiatives.
• Provide insights and visualisations through advanced use of Power BI.
• Support the preparation of Client MI (Management Information) and company management reporting.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in regulatory reporting, with a preference for experience dealing with the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience using Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in Power BI for creating dashboards and visualisations.
• Experience in data definition and data lineage processes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring high standards in reporting.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience with Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of the financial services sector and associated regulatory frameworks.
