People Partner - Munich
Are you a passionate HR professional ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a People Partner to join our team in Germany. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Country Managers, key stakeholders, and the People team to design and implement HR strategies that align with our business and people objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong connections with stakeholders to foster trust, respect, and professionalism within the organization.
- Drive HR Initiatives: Partner with the People and Talent teams to implement HR initiatives that enhance performance and support business goals.
- Promote a High-Performance Culture: Recognize and develop talent while supporting improvements in performance where needed.
- Cultivate Collaboration: Create a vibrant, engaging work environment that encourages collaboration and enjoyment among team members.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on employment law, ensuring that all policies are aligned with current legislation and best practices.
- HR Administration: Draft contracts, process employee documentation, and maintain accurate HR data reflecting role changes, leave, and absences.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
- Data Analysis: Coordinate and maintain reports for analysis and metrics, using data to drive improvements.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relevant HR Experience: Proven practical experience in HR, with a strong understanding of employment legislation.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership and Communication: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to challenge opinions and drive meaningful discussions.
- Adaptability: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate change in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret key statistics to support and drive improvements effectively.
