About the role:

As an IT analyst you will be working with Global Agreement System (GAS) which is a central solution for LC&FI and MidCorp to manage agreements, and a key component in our master data solution. You will be a part of development team and working closely with Product Owner helping to translate and transfer business needs into requirement specifications for development.

In addition to IT Analyst responsibilities, you will act as a Scrum Master ensuring that necessary life-cycle activities are being done on time, promoting agile values and ways of working within the teams – both Global Agreement System (GAS) and Order Management (OM).

As IT analyst you will be responsible for:

• Communication with both business stakeholders, Product Owner and developers
• Developing and maintaining documentation regarding system requirement, processes and standards
• Together with the Product Owner, guiding and helping the team with vision, roadmap, prioritization, facilities etc. to be in place for planning events
• Facilitating the team planning events like daily stand-ups, retros, sprint planning and refinement
• Helping team to remove impediments and deal with dependencies when needed
  
  

You will succeed in this role if you:

• Have experience with IT requirement analysis
• Understand lean/ agile principles, and scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFE)
• Have experience using Jira/ Confluence tools
• Are articulate, thrive in taking ownership and open to grow your skillset
• Possess great analytical skills for complex processes
• Are fluent in English

€2,850 - €4,250 a month

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
