Responsibilities:
1. To assist the Department’s General Manager to develop and implement effective Human Resource policies, programs and processes in support of human resource (HR) operations and teams.
2. To oversee the assigned team and ensure all job functions of the respective HR team are carried out effectively.
3. To lead a team of HR Business Partners to manage the full recruitment life cycle and to provide HR operational solution and support to all business units and key stakeholders.
4. Overall employee management matters for the departments with the aim to enhance employer-employee relations, including but not limited to staff assessment during the probationary period and confirmation, internal secondment/transfer, misconduct investigation and enforcement of disciplinary action(s), dispute resolution and employees communication.
5. Ensure effective office management, archive management, office procurement, and maintenance of HR related systems.
6. Effective co-ordination of ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree holder and above, with 8 to 10 years of relevant HR experience preferably in in the banking industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of Talent Management, HR Transformation and Corporate Governance.
3. Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
4. Knowledge of HR analytics, digital HR transformation and HR regulatory compliance.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
6. People oriented and results driven.
7. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and written in Chinese and English so as to communicate with our Head Office.
