Senior Project Manager for TISAX Certification Project

We are looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager to support a TISAX certification project for a specific division. The objective is to achieve TISAX certification successfully. In parallel, an ISO 27001 certification project is running, closely connected to the TISAX initiative. Both projects are overseen by the Head of Cybersecurity and a Senior Specialist with significant audit Experience.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing IT security projects, particularly in the context of TISAX and/or ISO 27001;
• Demonstrated success in leading certification projects in information security;
• In-depth knowledge of the requirements and processes associated with TISAX and ISO 27001;
• Proven experience working with auditors and conducting audits;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• A structured, results-oriented, and independent working style.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in German or French (advantageous but not mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the TISAX certification project through to successful completion;
• Coordinate all project-related activities in close collaboration with the cybersecurity team;
• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, milestones, and resources;
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including audit teams;
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal audits and assessments within the TISAX process;
• Perform risk management and identify optimization opportunities within the project Workflow;
• Provide regular reports to management and relevant project committees.
