Senior UX/UI Designer

Your Place in the Team

• Create robust, attractive, and scalable component-based designs for mobile applications and the web.

• Conduct end-to-end visual design stages from concept to final product.

• Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows to create simple and functional user interfaces.

• Use qualitative research and data to inform your designs.

• Create icons, design guidelines, and solve problems with creativity.

• Develop visual designs in accordance with the company's style guide and collaborate to expand it.

• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers.

• Perform user research and evaluate customer behaviors/feedback to understand pain points.

• Stay up to date on current design practices and industry standards.

• Refine deliverable standards and adhere to a fixed timetable.

• Adopt a forward-thinking approach to ensure design aligns with long-term business objectives.

• Leverage strong agency management skills to ensure cohesive and on-brand executions.

We Are Looking for You If You Have

• 7+ years of experience in product design.

• Experience in mobile application and web design.

• Proficiency with Figma design tools.

• Enthusiasm for solving user problems.

• Passion for interaction design with a strong emphasis on conversion optimization and A/B testing.

• A BA/BSc degree in a relevant academic discipline.

• Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools, with a thorough understanding of user-centric design.
