We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to multiple application developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven experience in mentoring and supervising developers at a technical level, including technical design, mentoring, and code reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
• Provide technical mentorship and supervision to developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and structured manner
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Java development
• Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Proficiency in the following technologies:
• Java
• Angular
• Spring (Boot)
• PostgreSQL
• REST APIs
• Docker
• Git
  
• Solid understanding of RESTful API Design
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Good knowledge of English and/or French
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with JIRA, OAuth, OpenShift
