Digital Product Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Product Manager for an enterprise retail company. This product manager will be working within the format development team. It would be advantageous if they had construction and/or real estate development project experience, as well as experience working for a large retail enterprise. This team specializes in system analytics and enablement. They create better processes to help the format development team track their projects and have a sustained flow of business to ensure smooth project delivery. A Senior Product Manager is responsible for setting strategic direction and optimizing performance for one or more specific technology functions (i.e. “products”). They serve as the bridge between business and technology, helping to set business priorities and directing execution with technology teams. Additionally, they are responsible for leading cross-technology projects. Sr. Product Managers balance their passion as the voice of the customer with their pragmatic responsibility to make sound business and technology decisions.

Required Skills:

- 6-10 years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on digital projects

• Experience in managing projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).

• Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Planning tools.

- Experience working for large enterprises

- Experience working with IT teams with the ability to translate business and technical requirements in layman's terms

- Working with senior management (speaking concisely)

-Sound knowledge of Quickbase, and MS Power platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) -Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

-Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analytics.

-Excellent communication and leadership skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
