Lead ReactJS Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead ReactJS Engineer to head our front-end development team.

Responsibilities


  • Lead the front-end team to analyze and stabilize the existing system to prepare for launch
  • Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager, Scrum Master, other front-end and back-end developers, and testers to plan and deliver features
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality features in an efficient manner to align with client’s roadmap needs
  • Oversee the development process post-launch and implement necessary updates and enhancements
  • Work closely with back-end developers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience
  • Guide the team in following best practices in coding and design for optimal performance on mobile web, especially iOS / Safari
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and advancements to incorporate into the development process


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a front-end developer with ReactJS
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and new technologies
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
