Duties & Role

  • Leads and coaches an agile team.
  • Creates a high performance self-managed dynamic team minimizing impediments to development progress.
  • Drives team by applying the agile process to achieve an optimized work-flow through continuous improvement.
  • Supports team goals and coordinates activities with other teams.

Skill, Knowledge & Experience

  • Testing Level 3 or Level 4
  • ICT Systems Engineering Level 2 or Level 3
  • Personnel Development Level 2 or Level 3
  • Relationship Management Level 2 or Level 3
  • Process Improvement Level 2 or Level 3

Desirable Experience And Education

  • Obligatory certificates: SSM, CSM, CSPO or equivalent.
