- Supports full cycle recruitment activities for assigned job vacancies and large-scale recruitment campaigns including: creating and posting positions, pre-screening, coordinating candidate assessments, compiling competition files, and conducting reference checks
- Screen, interview, and short list candidates for hiring managers and ensure all interviews are scheduled accordingly
- Assist in the Talent Management Advisors and Specialists with talent attraction initiatives, industry events, career fairs and outreach opportunities
- Have good knowledge of various Collective Bargaining Agreements and ensure compliance during the recruitment process
- Provide administrative support to strategic recruitment initiatives and projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources or other relevant field
- 6 months to 1 year experience with full-cycle recruitment
- HR experience within the healthcare sector an asset
- Experience working in a multi-unionized environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in changing environments, adjust to fluctuating workload, recognize exceptions and errors
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills (HRIS, Outlook, Microsoft Office, ATS)
- The ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization
- A collaborative approach a strong team player
