What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire a working knowledge of human resource frameworks and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Competent computer skills, or the ability to rapidly acquire skills, in a variety of applications including Microsoft Office programs and electronic systems including but not limited to SAP, DSS and ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines, including the ability to problem solve and exercise good judgement based on available information
• Ability to provide a flexibly, responsive client focused service which reflects West Moreton Health's #everyoneisaleader framework.
