Project Manager

One of our leading clients based in Limerick are looking to bring a Project Manager to lead an ERP (Oracle) system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Project management lead for assigned projects
• Lead project management of projects and coordinate with technical leads to progress projects
• Assist with the introduction of best practice project management methodologies
• Maintains oversight of Project budget; manages project risks i. e. leads the development of risk register and mitigation's with the project team
• Generate & monitor project metrics, including ownership of communicating to team/s and senior management
• Responsible for realizing business metrics within projects
• Work closely to build effective relationships with cross functional grounds to achieve project and company goals Work closely with vendors as required to facilitate, plan development, monitoring & controlling
• Compliance with Quality, Regulatory and company policies and systems
• Mentoring, coaching and development of direct reports if required
• Regular communication to cross-functional teams, senior management and business unit leaders
• Project status communications and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Implemented ERP systems, preferable Oracle.
• Certificate in project management is essential
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
• Knowledge of relevant ISO, EU, FDA medical device standards regulations is required
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willingness and availability to travel on company business
