Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing our clients’ network infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting issues, enhancing performance, and delivering top-tier technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve network issues to minimize client downtime.
• Network Monitoring: Continuously track network performance and security, proactively addressing vulnerabilities.
• Client Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance for network-related inquiries.
• Configuration & Maintenance: Install, configure, and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Network Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance network stability and efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed records of network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in network support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and topologies.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• CCNA certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
