Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Type: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

Languages: fluency in English + Dutch + French (C1 minimum)

Must have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologie
• Proficiency in BPM tools, UML, and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in Finance, Telecom, or IT sectors
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or ERP systems
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications
