We are looking for a Mid-Level/Senior Software Developer to work on the development of a large-scale project for a USA-based insurance platform that connects insurance companies, brokers, and users. This is a great opportunity to work on a complex, high-impact system that enhances insurance processes and user experience.

YOU WILL:

Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
Analyze, understand, and refine project requirements.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Ensure best coding practices are followed.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

What We Expect You Will Bring

At least 3+ year of experience with React and Typescript.
At least 4 years of overall programming experience.
Experience with Go/Python is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills in Agile teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 1700 - 2300 Eur for a mid-level developer and 2300 - 3300 Eur for a senior developer. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
