We are looking for a Mid-Level/Senior Software Developer to contribute to the development of a large-scale project for a fast-growing startup insurance platform that connects insurance companies, brokers, and users. The client's mission: all insurance services in one place. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex, high-impact system that improves insurance processes and enhances the user experience.

YOU WILL:

Work in a team of highly skilled professionals, where sharing knowledge is part of the daily experience.
Influence technical decisions by providing well-founded suggestions.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
Analyze, understand, and refine project requirements.
Participate in code reviews and help improve development processes.
Ensure best coding practices are followed.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

What We Expect You Will Bring

At least 3+ year of experience with React and Typescript.
At least 4 years of overall programming experience.
Experience with Redux and Node.js is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills in Agile teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 2000 - 3000 Eur for a mid-level developer and 3000 - 5000 Eur for a senior developer. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
